Crew-13 reached the International Space Station less than eight hours after launch, the fastest U.S. trip in station history.

Four crew members reached the International Space Station on October 1, 2026, less than eight hours after their launch. NASA said it was the fastest trip from launch to docking by a U.S. spacecraft in the station's history.

The mission, called Crew-13, lifted off at 11:10 a.m. local time from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket carried the crew into orbit inside a Dragon spacecraft. NASA astronaut Jessica Watkins is the commander, and NASA astronaut Luke Delaney is the pilot. They are joined by Joshua Kutryk of the Canadian Space Agency and Sergey Teteryatnikov of Roscosmos, Russia's space agency. Crew-13 is the 13th crew rotation mission that SpaceX has flown to the station for NASA.
