Monet, light and time: a new show in Paris
The Musée de l'Orangerie in Paris opened “Monet, painting time” on September 30, 2026. It is open until January 25, 2027.
A museum in Paris has a new show called “Monet, painting time”. Claude Monet was a famous French painter. He died in December 1926, almost 100 years ago. The show opened on September 30, 2026, at the Musée de l'Orangerie.
Monet loved light, and light changes all day. So he painted the same things again and again. He painted some haystacks in one field many times. Some pictures show the morning, and others show the evening. He did the same with a big old church.
